Notre gîte est une ancienne maison en pierre et en terre qui a été récemment rénovée. Elle est maintenant un magnifique et confortable gîte pour deux personnes. It retains many of its original features and offers guests a high level of comfort and privacy. The cottage is situated within the hamlet of La Haute Houssais.
Upstairs the bedroom has a double bed with an en suite shower room and toilet. The bedroom window opens onto a small balcony that is west-facing to catch the evening sunsets. All bed linen is supplied, as are towels for the shower room. You will need to bring your own beach towels. There is access to a washing machine and there’s a line with pegs for drying.
Downstairs there is a small, fully equipped kitchen area with a gas hob, fridge and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you will need. The living room has a table and chairs, comfy sofa and rocking chair. The living room is heated with a wood-burning stove.
The backdoor of the cottage opens onto a wooden decked veranda, which steps down into private garden where you can take your morning tea. There is parking next to the cottage at the end of the garden.
Please note that Willow Cottage is not suitable for children or pets and smoking is not permitted inside the gite.
